It is a demanding project for elementary school students and it took us many meeting to accomplish. It contains a small 5V solar panel that can rotate in two axes so as to harvest maximum power from the sun. The project is based on the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.thingiverse.com\/thing:53321\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Dual Axis Solar Tracker Project<\/a> from <a href=\"https:\/\/www.thingiverse.com\/OpenSourceClassroom\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">OpenSourceClassroom<\/a>.<!--more--><\/p>\n<p><iframe loading=\"lazy\" src=\"https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/embed\/OjcxkBXI0xA\" width=\"560\" height=\"315\" frameborder=\"0\" allowfullscreen=\"allowfullscreen\" data-mce-fragment=\"1\"><\/iframe>Students used their <a href=\"https:\/\/www.tinkercad.com\/things\/3nHmYPOve56\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">tinkercad<\/a> accounts to design and test the schematics.
